Beverage Specialist

Job Summary:

Excel Recruitment is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at this year's ComicCon show at The Eikon centre. As a Barista, you will be responsible for producing exceptional drinks for customers, demonstrating a passion for service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and food safety guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and beverage preparation
• Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
