The Ecological Assistant role will support the delivery of ecological surveys and related contracts by Countryside Jobs Service.
In particular, the role will assist in delivering Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEAs), Ecological Impact Assessments (EIAs), and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Assessments, and support Countryside Jobs Service Senior Ecologists in the delivery of protected species work.
The successful candidate will support the Ecology Team and the broader team in ensuring that Countryside Jobs Service is an innovative social enterprise with an excellent reputation, delivering for people, wildlife, the natural environment, and the community.
