Senior RF IC Design Engineer

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior RF IC Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing Ku/Ka band RF transmitters and receivers using deep sub-micron technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver ASIC specifications, architecture design, circuit design, and verification for next-generation satellite communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design governance, create product development plans, and technology roadmaps.
  • Assist in choosing fabrication processes and technology vendors, and setup process flows.
  • Deliver high-quality RF/Analog blocks with leading-edge performance using innovative architectures and circuit implementations.
Requirements:
  • Industry degree qualified with a minimum of 6 years of experience in RF IC design in deep sub-micron technologies.
  • Experience in 22nm FDSOI or other sub-45nm CMOS process nodes for RF/High-speed ICs and/or experience in mmW/RF IC design, LNA design, and RF PAs.
  • Ability to interact with engineering teams across multiple disciplines during ASIC project stream development.
