Willmott Dixon is seeking a skilled Estimator/Senior Estimator to join our Wales & West region, working out of our Bristol office. As a hybrid worker, you will split your time between the office and remote work, with a minimum of one day per week working from home.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage commercial activities with a high degree of acumen.
  • Identify opportunities to add value throughout the project process.
  • Identify risks and input into the project risk register.
  • Complete project take-offs.
  • Lead and prepare the commercial and pricing element of a tender or cost plan.
  • Prepare whole life costing analysis.
  • Prepare the pre-construction element of the project waste management plan.
  • Reinforce and deliver our customer-first ethic through successful bid and personal performance.

**Requirements**

  • Experience of controlling costs, timing, and quality in line with targets.
