About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at The Market House in Maidstone. As a Bar Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a memorable experience.

As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a warm welcome to our customers and delivering great service at every opportunity
  • Preparing and serving drinks and food to our customers
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the bar
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a positive attitude. If you are a people person and enjoy being on the front line in a busy role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About Us

Shepherd Neame is Britain's oldest brewer, with a rich history dating back over 300 years. We are an independent family business that prides itself on its award-winning visitor centre and over 300 pubs and hotels throughout London and the South East. We employ around 1,500 team members across our pub estate and more than 270 at our Brewery and Support Office.
