We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at the Hadley Unit, a 9-bed mixed gender treatment ward within our Inpatient pathway. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the management and medical team to provide high-quality patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care for patients with mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with the Complex Discharge facilitator, Home Treatment Teams, and the Crisis Resolution Team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Act as a role model and provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that promote patient-centered care and empowerment.
- Registered Nurse (Mental Health, Adult, or Learning Disability) with current NMC registration.
- Sound clinical skills and ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written formats).
- Knowledge of person-centered care, clinical governance, and health and safety protocols.
- Experience working in a mental health setting, with a focus on promoting equality, diversity, and rights.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
