About the Role

We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our Training, Assurance and Safeguarding Team (TAS) as a CHC Lead Advanced Practitioner. The successful candidate will lead on initiatives to strengthen practice and performance relating to CHC pathways and outcomes, ensuring equality and consistency for all residents of the borough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the service around CHC knowledge, process, quality, and practice
  • Lead on initiatives to strengthen practice and performance relating to CHC pathways and outcomes
  • Ensure equality and consistency for all residents of the borough
  • Support newly qualified social workers progressing through their ASYE

About You

We are looking for energetic, creative, and experienced social workers who can demonstrate tenacity and enthusiasm in making a positive difference and delivering positive outcomes to the lives of adults and their carers. The successful candidate will have a proven record of dealing with highly-complex situations, the ability and confidence to make clear and evidenced-based decisions, and strong experience of supporting other practitioners with their own development.
