Join Our Care Team as a Senior Night Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at Parkfield Grange, a luxurious 80-bedded residential and dementia care home in Stourbridge.

As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, choice, and individuality. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

We are looking for someone with supervisory experience, medication administration skills, and a passion for care. You will have a NVQ level 3 (or equivalent qualification) and be able to communicate effectively with our residents, their families, and our care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, choice, and individuality.
  • Work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
  • Supervise and support care assistants to ensure that they are providing high-quality care.
  • Administer medication to residents, as required.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and our care team.
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 (or equivalent qualification) in Health and Social Care.
  • Supervisory experience in a care setting.
  • Medication administration experience and relevant qualification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and our care team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
