About the Role

The Sureserve Group of businesses provides market-leading compliance and energy services across the UK, with over 3,200 employees working from over 20 offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our field-based operational team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the field-based operational team to achieve high performance standards and meet business and client expectations.
  • Build strong working relationships with the field-based team and manage day-to-day activities, including staffing levels, annual leave, sickness, performance, and quality.
  • Lead team communication, including conducting tool-box talks and delivering company information to the field-based teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for field-based team queries and resolve issues and concerns informally.
  • Lead on performance and quality, assist with technical support, mentoring, and training of engineers.
  • Meet all KPIs along with contractual compliance.
  • Manage customer services, including complaint resolution, and attend contract meetings as required.
  • Monitor parts usage and ensure regular van stock checks are undertaken.
  • Respond to feedback from customers and clients as part of the complaint and escalation process.
Requirements
  • Experience in working in domestic heating and hold the relevant gas qualifications.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team to achieve high performance standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
