We're seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in CNC and CAD/CAM to join our team at our production site in Basingstoke. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for providing specialist support in machining processes and process control for new and existing components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement stable and robust engineering processes in a medium volume environment
  • Design and create work holding and fixtures required for production processes, utilizing CAD software
  • Create and release manufacturing routings in our ERP system
  • Support the production department with machine stoppages and tooling issues
  • Program, set up, and operate various simultaneous 5-axis CNC milling machines
  • Liaise with the Quality Control department to review component tolerance data and identify areas for improvement
  • Support the creation of Inspection reports and manufacturing stage drawings using CAD software
