As a New Homes Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing current instructions, supporting project partners, securing new business opportunities, and overseeing on-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive residential sales growth.
- Participate in regular sales and marketing meetings with clients to discuss market trends and opportunities.
- Offer consultancy services, including pricing exercises and sales strategy development, to support clients in achieving their sales goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed income and sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
- Assist in project management and contribute to business generation, identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with key clients.
- Conduct market research and produce detailed reports to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage onsite sales teams and oversee client projects effectively, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality results.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, leveraging industry connections and relationships.
- Utilise in-house CRM systems to monitor sales pipelines and drive activity, ensuring efficient sales processes and effective lead generation.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, fostering partnerships and collaborations that drive business growth.
- Liaise with key clients, attend meetings, and provide valuable feedback to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities, adapting sales strategies to remain competitive and effective.
- Implement systems and processes to meet team objectives, driving sales performance and business growth.
- Assist in recruiting and managing team members to ensure the achievement of goals, developing a high-performing sales team.
- £40,000 basic salary
- £5,500 car allowance
- £70,000 OTE
- At least 3 years of experience in a property agency, with a proven track record of success.
- Proven ability to work successfully with developers, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Flexibility to travel as needed, with a strong ability to establish and maintain profitable business relationships.
