Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in a fun and engaging betting environment.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting company-wide campaigns, and ensuring accurate settlement and payment of winning bets.
You will work closely with the rest of the team to grow the customer base and loyalty, and report to the Branch Manager who will ensure you are trained with great skills for the job.
Key Responsibilities:- Building customer relationships and creating a great shop atmosphere
- Ensuring company-wide campaigns are promoted to customers
- Accepting bets, accurate settlement, and payment of winning bets
- Monitoring the activity of competitors and staying ahead of the game
- Providing a safe working environment and deputizing in the absence of the Branch Manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good with numbers and cash handling
