Your Role

As a Hotel Chauffeur at The Fife Arms Hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional transportation services to our guests, exceeding their expectations in every aspect of their stay. You will be assisting with guest transfers, as well as our staff shuttle, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from various locations, ensuring punctuality and safety.
• Assist with staff shuttle services, providing a convenient and reliable transportation option for our team members.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, adhering to high standards of luxury hospitality.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and needs in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including front desk, concierge, and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a chauffeur or driver in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Valid UK driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
