About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with month-end processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero. You will be responsible for reconciling bank statements, reviewing invoices and payments, and maintaining financial ledgers and records.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, with excellent numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you have a passion for finance and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
  • Review invoices, payments, and expenses promptly and accurately
  • Maintain and update financial ledgers and records
  • Conduct budget and forecast variance analysis
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
