We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Career Teachers. This exciting opportunity involves working one-to-one with a child with severe medical needs in a home setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Attend to the personal needs of the child, including social, health, physical, hygiene, first-aid, and welfare matters.
  • Supervise and provide support to the child, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities during lunchtime.
  • Establish good relationships with the child, acting as a role model and responding appropriately to their individual needs.
Requirements:
  • Proactive Health Care Support Workers with personal care, medical, and non-verbal experience.
  • Ability to work in a home setting and establish good relationships with the child.
  • Knowledge of social, health, physical, hygiene, first-aid, and welfare matters.
