HR Advisor Job Description

Positive Employment is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our client, a Housing Association based in Basingstoke. As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert advice and guidance to line managers on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on employee relations issues, including absence trends, attrition, development, engagement, and attraction strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures, and effectively apply them across the organization.
  • Proactively use management information to identify employee relations issues and develop strategies to address them.
  • Manage case paperwork in accordance with Data Protection legislation and keep stakeholders informed of case activity and progress.
  • Support HR Business Partners with organizational change, including restructuring and TUPE activity.
  • Deliver people-focused organizational initiatives, such as harmonization, alignment of systems, policies, and practices.
  • Identify employee relations training requirements and develop learning activities to improve management employee relations capability.

Working Hours: 09:00 am - 17:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: £23.81 per hour

Please note this role is within the scope of IR35.
