We are seeking a skilled Theatre Nurse / ODP to join our Anaesthetics & Recovery team at Exeter Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth running of our theatres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert care to patients undergoing anaesthetic and recovery procedures
- Work collaboratively with consultants, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Supervise and support junior members of staff to develop their skills and confidence
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice in anaesthetics and recovery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and theatre efficiency
About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be part of a close-knit team, working with leading consultants and like-minded professionals who respect and value your expertise. You will have access to state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities, and will be supported in your professional development.
