About the Role
Pure Triumph is seeking a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our team in Wellingborough. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for carrying out inspections, servicing, and repairs on motorcycles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose vehicle faults, interpreting repair order instructions and technical information.
- Plan and execute necessary work, ordering parts to ensure vehicles are ready for collection as promptly as possible.
- Carry out all servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards, utilizing time and resources effectively.
- Discuss complex work with the Workshop Supervisor/Controller to ensure optimal solutions.
- Accurately record vehicle faults and work carried out for ease of reference by service reception.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures, including the use of protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized working area, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure correct warranty procedures and clocking details are followed in line with company guidelines.
- Assist with Apprentice training and supervision as required.
- Return exchanged parts to the Parts department and recover defective or damaged vehicles as instructed.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence with no major endorsements.
- A minimum of Motor Vehicle Maintenance Level 3 Qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and respectful demeanor.
- A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- High levels of integrity and a drive to succeed.
Work Pattern
This is a Full-Time position, working Monday to Friday (09:00 to 18:00) with Saturdays on a 1 in 2 rota basis (09:00 to 13:00).
