Position Overview

Role: Technical Manager (Electrical Trainer)

Work Arrangement: 2 days per week in the office, with the remainder of the week working remotely.

Travel: Occasional travel to client locations.

Compensation: £65,000 - £75,000, inclusive of Employer Pension Contribution (up to 10%) and an Enhanced Annual Leave Package.

Are you a seasoned professional with a robust background in electrical engineering, eager to take on a pivotal role within a leading global organization? In this position, you will be instrumental in training and mentoring existing personnel, facilitating their professional growth.

As a member of a prominent entity in the Energy sector, you will be addressing intricate electrical challenges associated with commercial projects, including aspects of power generation, consumption, and storage.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary resource for resolving complex electrical inquiries.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring they remain informed about the latest electrical standards and specifications.
  • Engage in problem-solving for various electrical issues.

The perfect candidate will be a Lead, Senior, or Principal Electrical Engineer aspiring to transition into a managerial and coaching capacity, significantly impacting the business.
