About the Role

The Cluster Sales Manager will drive sales from key local, domestic and international markets into the hotel. This includes:

  • Developing relationships with key clients and agents
  • Regular face-to-face appointments per week to source new business
  • Leading, managing and developing the on-property sales team
  • Working closely with the Director of Sales, General Manager and brand sales team
  • Holding site visits and client entertainment as required
  • Producing sales activity reports as required

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hotel Sales Manager or Sales Executive experience
  • Current experience within the London market
  • A proven track record of successful business development and account management
  • A self-motivated, driven, results-orientated and proactive attitude
  • People management and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

What We Offer

Circa £42,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
