About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Lewes District and Uckfield. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Energise Living Spaces: Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our clients, ensuring their living spaces are tidy and well-organised.
  • Care with Dignity: Assist with personal care tasks, such as grooming and bathing, with sensitivity and respect.
  • Be the Conversation: Engage in meaningful conversations with our clients, helping to alleviate loneliness and improve their mental wellbeing.
  • Nutritious Meals: Prepare healthy and appetising meals that meet our clients' dietary needs.
  • Health First: Provide timely medication reminders and support our clients in managing their health.
