About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Market Harborough Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of nursery practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
- Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to support the development of our children.
- Work closely with the nursery management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery and the delivery of our company's vision and values.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to our practitioners to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with our company's vision and values.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or equivalent. You will also need to be passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and education and have excellent leadership and communication skills.
