As a **General Practitioner** at **Grosvenor House Surgery**, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care through safe and effective clinical decision-making. Your role will involve both **in-person** and **telehealth consultations**, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the **duty Doctor rota**, addressing patient inquiries, managing urgent prescriptions, and responding to emergencies, including home visits when necessary.
- Develop and implement **care plans**, conduct screenings, and promote health initiatives within the community.
- Support the practice in meeting **Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF)** targets and enhanced service objectives.
- Review patient results and incoming correspondence, making timely referrals for further investigations or ongoing care.
- Attend practice meetings and engage in training sessions as required.
- Complete insurance reports and other non-GMS tasks for patients under your care, as needed.
