Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Varsity, Warwick. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll play a vital role in supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional food service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing food service strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their food knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and prepare menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
