Key Responsibilities:- Manage and ensure the accuracy of financial data within our reservation and financial systems.
- Oversee the reconciliation of supplier statements and ensure that payments are made in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that supplier details, payment terms, and exchange rates are accurately maintained and reflected in financial systems.
- Lead and manage a small team, ensuring that data consistency protocols are adhered to and system rules are clearly understood.
- Support finance operations by ensuring smooth integration of financial data between our reservation system and financial ledger software.
- Produce regular reports to track missing invoices and other key financial metrics, holding relevant teams accountable for addressing discrepancies.
- Relevant experience in a similar Financial Operations role.
- Technical skills in financial systems such as Sage, strong Excel skills, and an understanding of financial data management systems.
- Strong problem-solving capacity, with the ability to analyse financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions efficiently.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance teams.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage a small team, foster a culture of accountability, and ensure high standards of data integrity.
