Job Title: Philanthropy and Partnerships Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Philanthropy and Partnerships Team Leader to join our team at Mission Aviation Fellowship UK.

We are a Christian organisation that has been flying light aircraft over remote locations around the world, enabling more than 2000 aid, development and mission organisations to reach remote communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Philanthropy and Partnerships team to achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and partners
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities to support our mission
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of philanthropic initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in philanthropy and partnerships, with a strong track record of securing funding
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
