The Senior Project Coordinator will leverage their industry expertise, interpersonal skills, and administrative capabilities to orchestrate activities that implement cohesive visual communication solutions for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary business representative and first point of escalation for designated clients.
  • Support the assigned Project Management Team to ensure complete client satisfaction.
  • Foster relationships with clients and vendors to promote new and repeat business opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide Project Managers, ensuring effective implementation of Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) solutions.
  • Organize, prioritize, and coordinate project activities with assigned Project Managers.
  • Manage operational metrics such as project health, deliverable achievement, and client profitability.

This role requires regular collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment with client needs. The Senior Project Coordinator will also be responsible for:

  • Documenting and managing project scope throughout the delivery cycle.
  • Conducting project job cost assessments and providing monthly forecasts.
  • Developing project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
  • Communicating project status and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinating activities across various departments, including Engineering, IT, and Sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Project Management within a customer service environment.
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
