The Role: We are seeking a senior sales professional to take the company to full capacity, win new customers, and grow the business. You will work closely with the existing Managing Director with a view to moving up when he retires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for growing sales, new accounts, and repeat business
  • Develop the commercial growth strategy for the company in design and engineering machining services
  • Work with a talented engineering team to design and deliver quality components on time
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Excellent proven track record in contract engineering manufacturing service sales
  • CNC and Axis Milling Services experience
  • Experience in Mechanical Components and Engineering
  • Contacts within aerospace, automotive, rail, and other industries
  • Ambition to take ownership and progress to Managing Director
  • Integrity to provide an honest assessment of the company pipeline
  • Diligence to ensure all trials are completed to the highest quality standards
  • Strong Leadership Qualities to develop into management and eventually General Management
