Our Team

We are a dynamic and collaborative team of experienced technologists, passionate about developing and maintaining Engage, a cutting-edge school management platform. As a Software Engineer, you will work alongside our team to deliver high-quality solutions that make a real impact on the lives of children, families, and teachers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using ASP.NET (C#) Web Forms and MSSQL or similar SQL database technologies.
  • Apply best practice technical skills in coding and testing, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to review tasks critically and ensure they are appropriately sized, working within the Education Horizons Information Security Management System and policies.
  • Live and lead the Values of Education Horizons, consistently demonstrating a commitment to excellence, innovation, and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Proficient with ASP.NET (C#) Web Forms and MSSQL or similar SQL database technologies.
  • Desirable experience with Win Forms, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Exposure to AWS and Docker is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience of automated testing.
