Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax and Trusts Solicitor to join our Private Client team at CV-Library. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a broad and varied caseload, including creating settlements, managing and administering trusts, and providing specialist tax advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of trust settlements, trust administration, and associated specialist tax advice
  • Deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients
  • Adhere to agreed quality procedures and management systems
  • Contribute to the overall profile of the Private Client team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of PQE in Private Client tax and trusts
  • Strong legal skills in Private Client setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
