We are collaborating with a public sector organization to find a Roofing Specialist for a permanent role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing all facets of roofing tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Working on extensive pitched roofs, flat roofs, and chimney stack removals.
  • Executing gutter and soffit installations as necessary.
  • Measuring and assessing repairs accurately.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Identifying asbestos when present.
  • Ordering the necessary materials for projects.
  • Utilizing a PDA for work management.
  • Conducting multi-skilled tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • Valid UK Driving License.
  • Formal qualifications in roofing or substantial relevant experience.
