Commercial Controller - B2B

The Opportunity:

This innovative, award-winning and value-added food manufacturer is seeking an accomplished Strategic Account Manager and proven people manager to lead the B2B channel.

  • Be the B2B channel champion, working with large FMCG food manufacturers, supplying chilled and ambient products
  • Create and develop strategic partnerships with multiple FTG customers
  • Lead key customer negotiations
  • Manage a team of 4 FTEs and support a high performance culture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Commercial Director, and regular updates with the main board
  • Cross-functionally with Development, Planning, Operations and Finance teams
  • Leading relationships with key strategic B2B customers

Requirements:

  • Proven FMCG experience of successfully managing B2B customers, ideally in the FTG market
  • Product Development or NPD exposure in chilled sector
  • Cross-functional project leadership, effectively influence internally and externally
  • Team Management experience and be exceptional Account Manager
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and a real growth mindset
