Vacancy DetailsThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team of Occupational Health professionals as we transition to an in-house service model. As an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the well-being of Network Rail employees.
You will be responsible for supervising our dedicated Occupational Health Technicians, ensuring service quality is maintained to the highest standards. You will also manage employee health records in compliance with legal requirements and contribute to data collection and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Occupational Health Technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage employee health records in compliance with legal requirements
- Contribute to data collection and reporting to monitor performance and achieve key objectives
- Collaborate with Occupational Health, Human Resources, and Line Managers to address emerging issues and trends
- Registered Nurse on Part 1 of the NMC register
- Occupational health qualification, for example, certificate, diploma, or degree
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good IT skills
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation relating to Occupational Health
- Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR compliance
