Exciting Opportunity for a Locum Residential Property Solicitor

We are partnering with a reputable high-street firm in the Midlands to source a skilled Locum Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist with their workload. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience handling residential property matters and be able to manage a caseload consisting of sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and other related tasks.

About the Role

  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity
  • Work closely with the team to provide dedicated support and ensure a smooth workflow
  • Benefit from a friendly and supportive work environment, with full-time admin support and hybrid working options
  • Enjoy free on-site parking and be within walking distance to the nearest station
  • Have the flexibility to work a 3-4 day week, with the option to discuss alternative working patterns

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Proven track record of handling caseloads of residential property matters
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
