Person SpecificationEssential Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse, 1st level with current NMC Registration.
- Holds Specialist Community Public Health Nursing degree (Health visiting or School Nursing) qualification.
- Clinical experience relevant to this post.
- Post-graduate qualification relevant to the role.

- Recognised leadership or management qualification.
- Masters Degree.

- Establish clear work priorities, delegate appropriately, and effectively, ensuring a capability to deliver, monitoring performance, and giving feedback.
- Experience of managing a budget within a clinical area.
- Ability to think and plan, tactically and creatively.
- Prioritise work programs in the face of competing demands.
- A good understanding of the changing NHS environment.
