About the Role

This Procurement Specialist role will be responsible for leading the sourcing and contract management of medical equipment, associated services, and indirect categories. The successful candidate will deliver cost savings against agreed targets while maintaining required levels of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sourcing and contract management of a portfolio of medical equipment, associated services, and indirect categories.
  • Deliver cost savings against agreed targets while maintaining required levels of service.
  • Develop and implement sourcing SharePoint aligned to business requirements.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and ensure regular communication.
  • Review and process requisitions and purchase orders on NetSuite on a timely basis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in end-to-end procurement or category management, ideally in healthcare.
  • A proven track record in complex indirect and/or capital equipment and services procurement.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Well-organized and able to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at any one time within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
