About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Atlas Copco UK Holdings Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects to agreed timescales, resource levels, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop, define, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure that projects are delivered to agreed timescales and budgets.
    • Monitor project progress, liaising with all stakeholders, and report on project highlights, risks, and issues as well as project changes to the project supervisor.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Organise regular project review meetings (internal and with customers) to ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.
    • Support the sales team in providing project quotations and scopes of supply.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders, including customers, internal local customer centre, divisional departments, and external suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Degree in Engineering Discipline (lower qualification with more experience will be considered).
    • PRINCE2 qualification is desirable.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Manager preferable, however graduates will be considered.
    • Demonstrate ability to plan and deliver complex projects.
    • Demonstrate ability to prioritise multiple activities.
    • Good communication skills and excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills.
    • Previous use and understanding of Project Management Software.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
