About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Quality Engineer to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes and procedures within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure products meet customer and industry standards.
  • Conduct inspections and testing to ensure products are of the highest quality.
  • Analyze and document defects and feedback from customers.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Review test results and product specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain quality control systems to ensure consistent production quality.
  • Analyze and document production processes to identify areas of improvement.
  • Conduct required audits to verify product and process quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel on quality control protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 90001/TS 16949.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in troubleshooting and analyzing problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
