We are currently looking for a
Level 4 Educational Support Assistant
who has experience in educational settings or similar roles. This position involves supporting young people aged 5 to 16 with various special educational needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and leading lesson plans and activities as a Level 4 Educational Support Assistant
  • Assisting students with alternative learning methods
  • Providing individualized support to students requiring additional assistance
  • Collaborating with the educational team to foster a positive learning atmosphere
  • Effectively communicating with students, parents, and staff
  • Updating and monitoring pupil progress plans

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience working with children or young individuals, particularly those with special educational needs (SEMH/SEN/SEND)
  • Ability to engage and educate students effectively
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Educational background including GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
