About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Contracts Manager to join our team at Asper Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering industrial roofing and cladding solutions on time, in budget, and with a focus on complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall operational and commercial aspects of multiple projects across the UK.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with services provided.
  • Work with customers and architects to develop specifications, considering any operational constraints the customer may have.
  • Promote and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management.
  • Lead a team of supervisors and technicians to meet client objectives and project timelines.
  • Carry out administration tasks, including procurement, project programmes, reports, and minutes.
