De Vere is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dual-Site Revenue Manager to oversee revenue generation for two of our prestigious properties. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise to drive profitability and enhance guest satisfaction across both locations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive pricing strategies for rooms, meeting spaces, and other revenue streams, ensuring optimal occupancy and yield management.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns, informing data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Generate accurate forecasts, reports, and contribute to budget planning processes, providing valuable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager within a hotel environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of revenue management principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Opera and Duetto software is highly advantageous.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
