Minton, Treharne & Davies is excited to expand its tank inspection operations throughout the UK, following its recent acquisition by the Minton Group.
This position offers a unique blend of management and hands-on responsibilities, allowing you to lead and supervise our growing team while actively participating in the inspection process.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tank Inspector - Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in a range of inspection methods utilized for comprehensive tank surveying, such as Visual Inspection, MFL, MPI, vacuum box testing, and UT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of tank inspectors
- Develop and implement inspection procedures and protocols
- Conduct comprehensive tank surveys using various inspection methods
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
