Job Summary
As an AI Recruitment Specialist at RealVoice AI, you will be responsible for building and managing a team, leveraging our unique AI technology to attract, assess, and hire top talent for our rapidly expanding team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the AI-driven full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Managing and maintaining our AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Coordinating and participating in tech-focused recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent.
- Providing feedback to help improve our AI-driven recruitment process and contribute to the development of our recruitment strategy.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
