About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our client's team in Norwich. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee 2 to 3 construction projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits across Norfolk and East Anglia to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel around East Anglia.
