About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 6 teacher to join our vibrant and fun primary school in Slough. As a key member of our teaching team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, promoting academic excellence, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of students, focusing on individual learning targets and promoting academic achievement.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback and reporting to parents as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff and students.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school events as required.
