SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an outstanding mixed school in Tower Hamlets. The successful candidate will provide specialized support to students with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they thrive in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN
  • Contribute to a dynamic and inclusive SEN team
  • Support students with daily living skills and personal care
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
  • Experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a school setting
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable)
  • Deep commitment to supporting children with special educational needs
  • A clear DBS check
  • Legal right to work in the UK
