Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective teaching on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, focusing on English, Maths, and Science subjects for KS3-5 students.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for pupils.
  • Support the development of pupils, addressing educational and behavioral challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain classroom resources, promoting a well-organized and engaging learning environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities, such as revision sessions, to enhance pupil engagement and academic success.
