About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Construction team as a Labourer. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in helping us build our quality, affordable homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual duties on site, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Work alongside sub-contractors and trades, managing materials and resources to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and presentable site, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist the Site Manager in material management, reporting discrepancies and product defects.
- Contribute to excellent customer service, health and safety, and build quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the Construction industry.
- Enthusiasm to work in a quality-driven business, with a 'Can Do' attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
