About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at EDF UK. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in implementing our people strategy, supporting the performance of our operations through our skilled people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with line managers and key stakeholders to provide support and guidance on HR matters, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop and execute reward, development, and organizational design plans with your teams, ensuring they are relevant and effective.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team to maintain and develop the requirements for our future workforce, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Support the milestones in our people work stream as part of our business transformation initiatives.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in HR, with a minimum of a HNC or CIPD equivalent (Level 5) qualification. You will also need to have proven experience of working in a progressive HR, people management, and unionized environment.

You will be commercially minded and pragmatic in your application of HR best practice, with extensive knowledge of appropriate employment law and HR best practices.
