Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at LM RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LTD. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, and commentary.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, including payroll, VAT returns, and business bank and petty cash accounts.
  • Supervise and mentor junior finance team members to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • AAT Level 4 or part-qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in financial leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
